Gawain returns this year to Ennis, Ireland to defend his title. This weekender is held from the 18th-20th May in the Auburn Lodge. Ennis is one of Gawains former hometowns. He lived there from 16 until the age of 18. He sat his final exams at St Flannas where he had an offer to study at Trinity College, University of Dublin but he deferred for a year, then another and now it has been a few years.
